Xplore & Empower provides private-pay, nonclinical coaching, educational support, practical guidance, and resource navigation for children, teens, young adults, student-athletes, parents, caregivers, and families.
Coaching services may support confidence, communication, goal-setting, organization, practical life skills, family routines, personal growth, and developmental or life transitions.
Xplore & Empower does not provide psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, psychological testing, diagnosis, crisis intervention, legal advice, custody evaluations, family therapy, sport psychology, or court-ordered treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for services provided by a licensed healthcare, mental-health, medical, or legal professional.
Participation in coaching does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed clinical relationship. Purchasing coaching does not guarantee a specific result.
When a person’s needs fall outside the scope of coaching, Xplore & Empower may recommend or require services from an appropriately licensed professional. Coaching services may be declined, paused, or ended when they are not appropriate for the person’s needs or safety.
Xplore & Empower is not an emergency or crisis-response service. Anyone experiencing an immediate emergency should call 911. Anyone experiencing a mental-health or suicide-related crisis in the United States may call or text 988.
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete required documentation before coaching services are provided to a minor.
